My name is Gordon Larson and I am proud to be a Sales Partner with Team Advantage GMAC.
My wife, Cathy, and I are Nebraska natives that transported ourselves to Columbus, Indiana in January of 2007 to be centrally located to our children and grandchildren.
Prior making the move, my career was in the field of banking and I spent over forty-five years working and administering banks in Nebraska and Colorado. Throughout the years I made many friends and gained many fond memories. Even with the enjoyment of the occupation the career did not provide the expected income when the it ended. With no current job in site, we decided to move to our current home in Columbus, Indiana. The move was exciting with the thought of continuing my career in a distant state only to find that job possibilities for seasoned bankers was non-existent. While looking for employment, I became interested in real estate sales and started working to obtain my real estate license. I was able to complete my training and start a new career as a real estate sales representative which led to my current position as a Sales Partner with Team Advantage GMAC. I am excited about this position as it again allows me to make new friends and build more memories as I help friends and clients with their real estate needs. The ability to provide Premier Service as a trusted adviser, skilled negotiator and as an expert facilitator allows me to provide a service that is desired.
