Claudia Shugart Married w/ 2 Children and 3 Beautiful Grandchildren . I founded Property Place Real Estate in 1988. In1998 we merged w/ Better Homes and Gardens. Better Homes and Gardens merged with GMAC in 1999 so we became Property Place GMAC. I own and operate a Real Estate Brokerage firm in Rowlett, Texas and a second location in Royse City, Texas. I have been licensed in Real Estate since 1981. I currently hold the ABR, GRI, and CRS Designations. I have served as President of the Lake Cities Association of Realtors in 2005. I was awarded the esteemed Gene Tauzin Award from Lake Cities Association of Realtors in 2004 and in 2005 was awarded "Realtor of the Year". I have served on the Board of Directors for 6+ years and the Executive Board of Directors for 3 years. I am active in local community affairs and enjoy selling real estate.
