I've been a Broker since 1974, and have owned my own Company from 1974 until 1997 when I merged with Grampp and am now the Broker-Manager of Grampp Realty.

I have consistently been a multi-million dollar producer, and am licensed in both Iowa and Illinois. I have lived in the Davenport area since I was 7, so I have a strong familiarity with the area. I also have 3 children and 8 grandchildren.

Real Estate is a strong service profession and that is the way I conduct my business.
I love to help people find a home, or sell their home.

A large portion of my business is repeat or referral and I find myself helping couples purchase homes that I knew since they were babies.

I feel very privileged to serve my clients, and many of them have become a part of my extended family.

Our relationship doesn't end at closing; rather, it is just the beginning.

I have served on our local Realtor Board as both Director and Chairperson of Professional Standards and the multiple listing committee.

I also am a proud recipient of the coveted Bert Frahm award for outstanding service to fellow members of the real estate profession, the public and the community in general.
