Meet Elizabeth Alvarez
Elizabeth Alvarez brings to Manhattan’s commercial real estate market the insights of a life-long New York City resident as well as her direct experience working in the residential market. Whether you're looking for office space, retail space, residential or investment property--- she knows the territory and will be glad to assist you.
Prior to joining GMAC, Elizabeth worked as Director of Business Development for the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce. Responsible for identifying and recruiting mid-to-large sized companies and corporations as members and sponsors, she was also in contact with numerous organizations and associations throughout the City.
Her background also includes positions as Director of Leasing for Atria Retirement Residence (with assisted living services) and Director of Sales for the Sutton Hotel, formerly an extended-stay property on Manhattan’s East Side.
Outside of work Elizabeth is a published writer whose articles have appeared in Health and Working Woman Magazine.
When she is not pounding the pavement searching for retail and office space, Elizabeth, a member of the Appalachian Mountain Club, puts on a backpack and hits the trails of Upper New York State, Connecticut and Maine. A lover of the outdoors, she is also an avid skier.
