Hi I’m Susie Sanchez and I’m On Target to Be your Real Estate Agent! I grew up in Woodland Hills and have lived in the San Fernando Valley most of my life. I have seen it grow from being the suburbs of Los Angeles to being a vibrant community seeking its own independent city hood. I am a product of the LAUSD when it was just called the "school district". I graduated from TAFT High School, received my AA from PIERCE Junior College and earned my BA from CSUN. I spent two years in MEXICO CITY, where I learned to speak Spanish. I also learned how it felt to be in a country where I did not speak the language and my understanding of the social protocols were not quite up to par. When I took the "At Home With Diversity" class at the Board of Realtors’ I could directly identify the challenges that were presented there. My two children, now in their 20's, went through the LVUSD as well as some of the elementary private schools in the area. We’ve also gone thru several automobiles and a few insurance companies. They even purchased their own homes by the time they were 20 years old (all by themselves). WHAT DOES THIS HAVE TO DO WITH REAL ESTATE ? My experiences help me to understand YOUR NEEDS because I have gone through first home, new family, growing family, new job, step children, teenage children, working at home, teenage children with cars, commuting to work, boomerang children, aging parents...
