Nathan Hildreth is the Supervising Broker for the Denver Urban Properties real estate group at Cherry Creek GMAC Real Estate. He brings a wealth of leadership and real estate experience to GMAC. Hildreth is one of only 68 real estate professionals in
Denver to earn the prestigious "e-PRO" designation. As an e-PRO certified real estate professional, he is among the ranks of highly skilled and continuously trained professionals who provide high quality and innovative online-based real estate services.
After studying Civil & Architectural Engineering at the Bollman Institute, Hildreth became the manager of the civil design group at Raytheon in
Denver, CO . His professional background went on to include positions with Lucent Technologies of Westminster, CO; and executive management positions with Playground, Inc. and Intrawest, Inc. of Vancouver, BC and
Denver, CO . Prior to joining Cherry Creek GMAC, Hildreth managed over 14 real estate offices while working closely with industry leading builders. His 10 years of sales and marketing expertise, including the past seven in real estate, has proven invaluable to his clients.
