Lynn Wunsch brings a diverse business background to her real estate business. She has had successful careers in the public sector, higher education and information technology consulting. Her real estate practice is focused on the Metro Denver market.  However, Lynn has a soft spot for Denver proper with its diverse neighborhoods and architecture.  She also aprpeciates opportunities for investment. Lynn is very knowledgable in the investment market (fix and flip, buy and keep, & new build opportunities), as well as working with clients on the purchase or sale of their personal residences.

When not hard at work, Lynn can be found playing golf, skiing, road biking or ensconced in a good book. Other interests are finding good deals on e-Bay, traveling and dining out with friends.

Lynn holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from St. Michael's College in Winsooski, Vermont and a Master of Public Administration Degree from the University of Hartford in Hartford, Connecticut.  She is also GMAC Premier Service Certified and an Elegant Homes agent.  Lynn currently lives in SE Denver.
