Hillary began her residential appraising career in 2002 and brings over 6000 hours of experience to Independent Appraisal Group. Specializing in 1-4 unit properties in the Denver Metro Area, Hillary has a wealth of knowledge on Front Range real estate. In 2002, Hillary also earned her broker associate license and uses her appraisal skills to assist investors and first time homebuyers in making sound purchasing decisions. In 2006, Hillary established Independent Appraisal Group. Using her skill and experience, Hillary continues to grow the company while still maintaining attention to detail and providing exceptional customer service.
