Al Galperin, the Managing Broker/Relocation Director of Cherry Creek GMAC has been a force in Denver real estate for over 14 years. After a career of selling and teaching, Galperin realized his real love is in managing. In 2001 he took over a local real estate office with 42 agents and within one year turned the business around, growing it to 126 agents. Not only did he win top awards for his achievements, he won the praise and loyalty of the agents who worked for him.

A self-described agent manager, Galperin prides himself in being consistently accessible to the agents and creating an environment that is open and helpful. “This is my passion,” says Galperin explaining how he works. “I am on the floor all day long, walking and talking, seeing what I can do for agents.” By constantly making himself available, Galperin believes agents feel more comfortable asking questions and seeking advice. It helps develop a synergy in an office, where everyone helps each other and by doing so finds greater success.
