Meet Kathleen Perry
Hello, my name is Kathy Perry and I am so excited to be working in the real estate market on the beautiful Crystal Coast. My husband, two children, and I first came to Carteret County in 1987. Having always been an animal lover, I built and owned Crystal Coast Kennels for several years. Since my husband’s job required us to move, I had to sell my business, but became a veterinary technician for both small animals and horses. Those years were very rewarding. As anyone who has spent any time here knows, this place gets in your blood! We repositioned ourselves to get back to eastern North Carolina for when my husband retires and I decided to take up real estate. It has been the best decision I have ever made. I decided to work with Bluewater GMAC because my experience with them in buying my own home in Magens Bay was so positive. I have been working here since March of 2005, and in a challenging market, have worked with many great clients. I am very proud of my “Rising Star” award for 2006 from my peers at Bluewater. I have several clients that have used my services for repeated transactions. They know I am a dedicated, honest, and thorough broker who looks out for their best interests. My clients will tell you I always return phone calls and emails and I am always on time (some one needs to tell my husband that!).
