Roya is a licensed realtor who specializes in marketing single-family homes in the West Houston, Memorial, and Galleria areas. She comes to Beth Wolff Realtors with experience in sales management in the banking industry, as well as experience in sales and marketing within the private sector.

An Iranian-born United States citizen, Roya has lived in Houston since her family's migration to the U.S. 25 years ago. She graduated from the University of Houston where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology.
