Peggie Pentecost has been licensed in Texas for over 30 years and has lived near the Houston Medical Center during that time! She has an extensive knowledge of the Houston area and works with buyers and sellers from Harris and neighboring counties. Peggie joined Beth Wolff GMAC this year in order that she may offer her buyers and sellers the top quality service Beth Wolff is known for, as well as to add value to the experience with the GMAC brand of benefits!
She is been active in a number of local charities including the Houston Symphony, Houston Zoo and Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo where she serves in a volunteer, leadership or board capacity. She is a member of the UH Alumni Association where she received both her BS in Real Estate and her MA. She is a member of Houston Association of Realtors (HAR), National Association of Realtors (NAR) and has met extensive Real Estate education requirements including Federal Emergency Management (FEMA) training and Civil Mediation. She gives back to the community as an instructor for UH Small Business Development Center teaching entrepreneurial business classes.
Her past experience as a remodeling and new home contractor and interior designer enhance her ability to assist buyers and sellers alike in both previously owned and new construction properties. She prides herself for offering her customers prompt and responsive service and assisting them in the entire process of buying or selling their home!
