Marilyn is a native Texan who came to Beth Wolff Realtors from another Houston-based real estate firm. She is knowledgeable in both residential and commercial real estate. She is experienced in all kinds of housing options including single-family homes, townhomes, and high-rise condominiums.

To stay abreast of the current marketplace and ever-changing industry, Marilyn frequently takes real estate classes at the Houston Association of Realtors (HAR) and other real estate schools. She is a member of the HAR, Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), and National Association of Realtors (NAR). She is a licensed Realtor® who also has her ABR® designation.

Providing a service for people is what enticed Marilyn to become a realtor. Previously, she has owned several businesses and worked for TXI and Service Corporation International (SCI). In addition, she has been a professional singer with her husband, Larry, for many years.
