Meet Jerry Wesley
Jerry Wesley graduated from the University of South Carolina, moving to Houston in 1991 to work in corporate America. He joined the fourth largest real estate franchise in 2005 to sell and consolidate real estate companies in five states. In less than two years, Jerry joined the President’s Club in business generated for the firm. Although he enjoyed tremendous success with GMAC, Jerry’s passion is hunting for homes or buildings that are distressed and creating a plan to bring them to life. In regards to his work background Jerry states, “Because of my extensive experience in the real estate purchasing and selling process, it made sense for me to become a licensed professional.” Jerry is Premier Service certified and graduated from Robert Kiyosaki’s Real Estate Investing. He has purchased numerous properties in Houston and Galveston turning them into rental opportunities. Jerry’s areas of specialization are real estate investing, single family homes, and duplexes. When asked about his personal philosophy, Jerry responds, “Do it now, Do it right, Help someone along the way.” When not working, Jerry is very involved in church functions, is a member of lifestyles unlimited, and previously was a Cub Scout Leader. Jerry is an enthusiastic and professional agent who works well with clients to make their real estate experiences positive ones. |
