A real estate broker for over 30 years, Bob Reader brings a wealth of residential and commercial real estate experience to BETH WOLFF GMAC Real Estate. Although he was born in California, Bob came to Texas as a child and proudly claims the title of "Transplanted Texas Native." He was in charge of his family's Houston business for a number of years before becoming a realtor.
Bob believes that there are no set hours in his business. "My clients are great. I'll do whatever it takes to help make their dreams come true," he says. His diverse specialties include commercial real estate sales and leasing as well as residential homes, high-rises and townhouses. Bob has five years experience with a custom home builder and is a recognized expert in the Meyerland area, where he has lived for over 40 years.
As a Vice President of BETH WOLFF's Commercial Division, Bob has sold and leased many commercial properties. Recent examples of Bob's 30 years of commercial experience range from the recently leased 15,000 square feet of space in the Richmond Avenue/ Kirby Drive area to the sale of one of the larger tracts of land, 108 acres, sold to the City of Houston for the construction of the latest runway at Bush International Airport.
The United Way Allocations Committee, Jewish Family Service and Congregation Beth Israel have all benefited from Bob's volunteer leadership.
