Meet Lois Groff PS
Lois was born in Philadelphia, Pa. and lived in several surrounding areas of Eastern Pa. She moved to West Palm Beach, Florida in 1987 and spent several years as a single mom raising her daughter who eventually ventured off to college, became a school teacher, met her husband, married and blessed her mom with three wonderful grandchildren. Lois moved up to Port St. Lucie in 1999 and explored the area for a few years. She finally found her niche in 2002 as a Realtor. Lois is a full time professional with experience in the St. Lucie/Martin County area. Because her motto is "A Realtor Who Cares" she is in tune with the current market conditions, where people are loosing their jobs, facing financial insecurity, and ultimately the loss of their homes. She educates people on what strategy they should consider, having the home owner be the ultimate decision maker. She continues to increase her knowledge in real estate. She earned the Certified Distressed Property Expert designation in 2009. This enables her to assist distressed home owners through the process of a "short sale" in order to avoid foreclosure. She also works with first time home buyers and retirees who are re-locating to Florida in educating them and supports them through the difficult process of making a smooth transition. As a GMAC affiliate, she has earned her Premier Service Professional Designation and treats each client with dedication, responsibility and commitment. Member of the National Board of Realtors, Florida Board of Realtors and the St. Lucie County Board of Realtors. |
