I have worked in the Real Estate profession for 9 years, almost from the start learning and implementing knowledge of the REO industry. I have built a large Client/Investor list that buy and re-sale and use my skills to help them achieve this successfully. I work to stay up to date on technology and industry information to better service all of my clients. I provide services for the REO sellers, such as, listing, re keys, trash-outs, repair, maintenance and invoicing. I am part of the REO-Team, Metro Birmingham's leader in the disposition of REO assets. Extensive experience and training in providing professional bps, timely reports, and digital photos.
