Hello, and thank you for visiting my website. As we all know the real estate market is experiencing tough times right now with a lot of negative press which filters down to all of us. However, I view this as a great time to buy or sell a home. Interest rates are at an all time low, giving buyers an opportunity to buy more home than they previously could afford with higher interest rates. Homes that are realistically priced and well maintained are selling and consumer confidence is growing as shown by an increase in total number of homes sold increasing every month towards the end of 2008.
