Harley E. Rouda, Jr.
President, Real Living, LLC. & GMAC Real Estate, LLC.

Rouda – one of America’s most admired residential real estate industry executives – has transformed what began as a locally owned family company into a national powerhouse brand in the short span of seven years.  The company began as HER REALTORS, a beloved local firm founded by Rouda’s father, Harley Rouda, Sr.
In 2002 Rouda and his wife, Kaira Sturdivant Rouda, the nationally acclaimed author and brand expert, acquired several regional real estate firms, setting the course for the company’s ultimate national prominence.  Unlike other major real estate firms, the Roudas founded the company on a unique agent-centric culture that provides extraordinary customer service by embracing and championing new technology, innovative marketing, and an uncommon commitment to professional development and teamwork. 
Today, Real Living comprises a nationwide network of hundreds of offices and thousands of real estate professionals, following Real Living’s merger with GMAC Real Estate in 2009 and Rouda’s subsequent appointment as president.  Real Living is America’s first-ever consumer lifestyle real estate brand.

Thomas A. Hogan
General Counsel, GMAC Home Services.

Tom Hogan has been the General Counsel to Home Services since soon after its inception in 1998. He has brought to the organization a unique and extensive legal background in franchising, brokerage, relocation and captive mortgage operations. Prior to joining GMAC, Hogan spent more than 30 years in private practice, where he represented a multitude of real estate brokerage companies, both large and small, in the New York metropolitan area, as well as several Realtor boards. He also served as outside counsel to the national franchise operation. He is a graduate of Fordham University and earned his J.D. from Villanova University School of Law.

Bob McAdams
Chief Financial Officer, Real Living, LLC. & GMAC Real Estate LLC.

Bob McAdams is the chief financial officer of Real Living and GMAC Home Services and leads the combined firm's strategic growth, overseeing mergers and acquisitions. He is responsible for the company's finance, facilities and procurement functions.
Before joining Real Living in November 2002 as vice president of finance, McAdams managed various finance operation departments for Express, a division of Limited Brands. He also has extensive experience in process improvement, risk management and auditing for companies such as Bank One and Schneider Downs.
McAdams is a graduate of Clarion University, where he received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration.

Jim Toulon
Executive Vice President, Network Operations, GMAC Real Estate LLC.

Jim Toulon's focused and results-driven leadership style has led GMAC Real Estate to record franchise sales from 2003 through 2007. Prior to joining GMAC Real Estate, Toulon's 20 plus years of experience in the real estate industry included his role as Executive Vice President of Hometouch Centers in Chicago and Vice President of Coldwell Banker. Toulon attributes his success to "hard work, unwavering commitment, and most importantly surrounding himself with good people."
