Sonoran Properties GMAC Real Estate Experiencing Major Growth

Phoenix (May 31, 2007) - GMAC Real Estate announced today that one of metro Phoenix's fastest-growing real estate firms, Sonoran Properties, is joining the company.

Sonoran Properties has experienced major growth in just a few short years, going from a one-person shop to six-offices and a staff of 175. Founded by Pam Rankin in 2002 as Windermere Sonoran Properties, the company has offices in North Scottsdale, Carefree, Pinnacle Peak, Desert Ridge, Fountain Hills and downtown Scottsdale.

Rankin, whose firm is now known as Sonoran Properties GMAC Real Estate, said she joined GMAC Real Estate because the company provides the tools, leadership, training and national name recognition needed to achieve an even higher level of growth.
