Franchise Operations Welcomes Four More Companies
Into Its Fold in July

Oak Brook, Ill., Aug. 17, 2006 - Disproving the notion that summer is a traditionally slower time of the year, GMAC Real Estate Franchise Operations today announced the addition of four more companies in July.

They are:

• Cornerstone GMAC Real Estate in Mission Viejo, Calif.
• GMAC Real Estate Lakeside in Clarksville, Va.
• West Park GMAC Real Estate in Fargo, N.D.
• Su Casa GMAC Real Estate in San Jose, Calif.
