Dave Crete & Associates GMAC Real Estate Offers Full Range of Home Services; With Sights Set on Growth, Company to Break Ground on Second Office

Las Vegas, Nev., Nov. 17, 2005 - GMAC Real Estate, one of North America's leading real estate firms, announced that it has awarded a franchise to Dave Crete, a respected real estate industry veteran in Las Vegas' bustling real estate market.

The new franchise, Dave Crete & Associates GMAC Real Estate, is taking a significantly different approach to working with local buyers and sellers: the firm offers buyers and sellers true "one-stop shopping" for a full range of home services including: brokerage, mortgage, escrow coordination, homeowners insurance and home warranties, all backed by the industry's most comprehensive and meaningful written customer service program.

Taking the home services concept even further, Crete's staff also includes licensed contractors who can assist clients with everything from home renovations and remodeling to building custom homes and commercial buildings.
