Frazier brings to the company extensive domestic and international experience in all facets of real estate, including mortgage and third-party corporate relocation. She is an expert in helping companies grow by identifying and cultivating new sources of referrals. "Colleen is without a doubt one of our industry's standouts, and we're exceptionally fortunate to have her join our team," GMAC Home Services President and CEO John Bearden said. Before joining GMAC Home Services, Frazier served as director of business development and relocation services for Century 21 Judge Fite Company, Texas' top Century 21 broker and the company's third-largest broker in the world in terms of closed units. At Century 21 Judge Fite, Frazier guided and managed the company's worldwide relocation activities. In 2004, her efforts resulted in thousands of real estate transactions closed from HUD, REO, third-party companies, Century 21 broker-to-broker referrals and other sources.
