GMAC REAL ESTATE AWARDS DENVER FRANCHISE TO EXPERIENCED TEAM OF INDUSTRY PROFESSIONALS

Frontier GMAC Real Estate is Denver Area's First Firm to Bring One-Stop Shopping and Innovative Customer Service Program to Buyers and Sellers

Denver, Colo., March 16, 2005 - GMAC Real Estate, one of North America's leading real estate franchising firms, announced today it has awarded a franchise to two of the Denver area's most accomplished real estate professionals who have built from the ground up, the area's first true "one-stop shopping" experience for buyers and sellers.

As a result, local consumers can now shop for a home, mortgage, get title insurance and select a home warranty and home insurance - all under one roof - and backed by a written customer service pledge.

Keith Brown, a longtime local mortgage industry veteran and Joel Moritz, who owns two title companies, founded Frontier GMAC Real Estate. Serving as Frontier GMAC Real Estate's broker/office manager is another familiar Denver real estate veteran: Bob Most. Combined, the trio have nearly 70 years of local real estate and legal experience.

Brown, Moritz and Most hit the ground running by establishing major goals for their Englewood-based firm, predicting it will grow to 100 agents by year's end and from one office to 10 over the next five years.

Premier Service is considered the most comprehensive and effective customer-service program in the real estate brokerage industry. Through the program, GMAC Real Estate is the only national real estate brokerage company whose sales associates put in writing, up front, the services they will perform. They then ask their customers to honestly rate their performance after each transaction through a survey conducted and tabulated by an independent, third party. Individual survey results provide each sales associate with ongoing feedback and insight for continuous improvement.

Prior to co-founding Frontier GMAC Real Estate, Brown founded Denver-based Aimbridge Home Loans, a national lending company that provides innovative lending solutions to the credit union industry. Before his tenure at Aimbridge, Brown co-founded LoansAtWholeSale.com in 1999, a Lakewood, Colo.-based lender. From 1986 through 1999, Brown held a variety of positions within GMAC Mortgage, ultimately working his way up from branch manager to vice president. His responsibilities included the management of the mortgage production group in the Rocky Mountain states and the Resort Lending Group for GMAC Mortgage.

Moritz co-founded Denver-based Frontier GMAC Real Estate with Brown. He is the company's executive manager and is a licensed broker associate and attorney. He has practiced law in Denver for 25 years and is vice president and director of Inman Flynn Biesterfeld Brentlinger & Moritz, P.C, a Denver-based law firm. Since 1998 he has also owned a title insurance company with offices in Denver and Grand County, Colorado.

Most is a veteran management professional with more than 25 years of Denver-area real estate brokerage experience, primarily managing multiple offices and projects. He is admired for his ability to recruit and build a strong sales staff, and for his contract knowledge and risk management experience. Before joining Frontier GMAC Real Estate, Most served as branch manager/partner of Prestige Real Estate Group, LLC where he managed the company's three offices in Flatirons, Brighton and Cherry Creek. He is a past winner of the REALTOR OF THE YEAR award for North Metro Denver REALTOR Association (1995).
