Stewart National Title Services announces partnership with GMAC Home Services

Houston (Oct. 15, 2002) - The National Title Services (NTS) division of Stewart Title Guaranty Company, a wholly owned subsidiary of Stewart Information Services Corporation (NYSE-STC), today announced a strategic alliance with GMAC Home Services. GMAC Real Estate Chairman Tom Koenig Stepping Down, Not Out
 Oak Brook, Ill., August 5, 2002 - He's spent the past 30 years working in the real estate industry and the last three overseeing the sale and integration of his former company, but this month Tom Koenig says he will "take a much needed breather" from his role as chairman of GMAC Real Estate and become a consultant to the company.
Koenig, whose family owned the venerable Chicago-based Koenig & Strey real estate firm until its sale to GMAC Real Estate in 1999, is completing a planned three-year tenure in which he was responsible for successfully integrating the firm into GMAC Real Estate.
